Returns and cancelation

Returns / Changes:
In the case of the return of the goods delivered by means other than the courier's truck (courier or transport company), it will be accepted within 10 days of receipt and provided written communication (through the relevant form) with the company and acceptance of the return / change from the company.
In order to make a return / change, the goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
If the change / refund is due to purchaser's reasons and not to the fault of the company, then the transportation costs are charged to the customer.
If the delivery has been made by the company's means of transport then the return / change must be made at the same time as the goods are received and checked by the consignee.
Cancellation:
If the order is canceled, this must be done within 2 days of the date of the order and if it concerns goods that are not in stock and ordered, then the deposit is lost.
